How to Display a message before Login Screen in Windows 7

Eg:"Dont use my computer without my permission"


1.Go to "regedit" >> press Windows key+R >> type "regedit" enter---- used to go to registy settings.

2.Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" >> SOFTWARE >> microsoft >> windows >> current version >> policies >>system

3.click on system then it show a list select "legalnoticecaption" add any caption eg:important

4.open "legalnoticetext" add your message eg:"Dont use my computer without my permission"

5.ok

6.Reboot you Pc and check
