How to check your ADDS is working or not with client pc

Hi.here i am adding ADDS client as  windows 7 pc,How to set windows 7 client under server 2008 r2 /ADDS. ?

1.Create a user--->>goto Administrtive tools -->>Active directory users and groups -->>open it -->>click on users -->>R-click on users-->>new user-->>set a complex password

2.Before go to client check firewall is off or in advance firewall setting ADDS is allow

3.Go to client machine-->>R-click on computer

4.Here you can see above windows activation domain and work group configuration

5.Now you need to do one more go to adapter setting like type "ncpa.cpl"

6.change the ip to server range and set DNS as server ip address
eg :server ip is 192.168.1.100

client configuration
-------------------
ip:192.168.1.101
subnet mask:255.255.255.0
gateway:192.168.1.100
primary dns:192.168.1.100

7.Click on change setting from computer properties

8.Now you can see one more change their click on change

9.Now default it set in workgroup(work group means stand alone it working alone)

10.Change that to domain and give google.com-->>next

11.Now it ask a username and password

12.Give the username and password you created for client--->>click on ok

13.Reboot your computer

14.Now you can see eg: jenson/admin-pc(this is your local pc) select other account
eg: my username created on server is jenson

password=jcs@13190000

15.select on other account type the username as jenson@google.com
password=jcs@13190000

16.Now it will login under your server.

*important note:dont do the client configuration on your local machine.(please install a windows 7 on vpc or vmware then do this step).
